Rather than use a single flocked tree in my living room, I decided to add two additional smaller flocked trees to create a little “tree forest” in the corner. I also did something else a bit unusual this year.
I was torn between all of the beautiful metallics, so I decided to try creating a Christmas tree with mixed metals to see how it looked, and guess what!? It looks amazing!! The inspiration for this tree came when I opened my holiday decorating boxes and couldn’t decide on a color theme for this year. Be sure to scroll down to the end of the post to see everything! The result is an incandescent beauty that is neutral as well as brilliant.Īnd as an added bonus, I am joined by 13 uber-talented friends who are sharing their unique Christmas tree ideas and designs. This year I decided to create a Christmas tree with mixed metals, using all of my favorites, rose gold, platinum, and silver, on a flocked tree. Home decor at this time of year is all about twinkle lights, glitter, and sparkles and there is no better way to express your Christmas decorating style than with your tree decor.
